Return Policy

You may return your online order up to 14 days after receipt.

Palipa will refund the paid amount for the items, provided that they are returned in an unworn, unused, and undamaged condition and in the original Palipa packaging.

Palipa is happy to repair or exchange a product if there is a fault. The decision the repair or exchange the product will be made by Palipa.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
