- - All packages are sent via Royal Mail from United Kingdom
- - The tracking number, delivery confirmation and insurance are included.
- - Signature is required upon delivery.

- UK tracked and signed shipping £4.5
- Free tracked and signed shipping for all UK orders over £150
- INTERNATIONAL tracked and signed shipping £12
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
Estimated shipping times
(Once the order is dispatched)
- North America: 1-3 weeks
- Europe: 1-3 weeks
- Rest of the World: 1-3 weeks
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Customs and import taxes
- I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
Lost packages
- Package is considered as lost if it doesn't come within 40 days from posting date and tracking does not work.
- We will fill in the claim about the lost on our own.
- All packages are insured and we hold all the responsibility for the claims.
- While the claim is being proceeded, we would resend the same items to you or refund the full amount of order.
